Zatca Energy detailed commissioning strategy is essential to successful project completion. In order to incorporate commissioning needs in the detailed design,Zatca Energy develops the strategy in the early phase of detailed engineering. For each defined commissioning package, we develop detailed step-by-step commissioning procedures, including functional descriptions of the system with operating parameters to be achieved and functions to be tested.
-Mechanical completion and commissioning.
Priorities of Mechanical Completion & Commissioning (MC&C) are driven by the commissioning logic, which determines the precedence of priority for each system, e.g. instrument air and electrical power take priority as they are required to provide services for other systems. In close cooperation with the installation/construction team, Zatca Energy experts will establish project-specific procedures to ensure that MC&C activities are carried out in connection with the relevant installation and construction activities
